Shipping

Free shipping 99$ and over

Regular shipping is free for orders over 99$. When completing your transaction, you will be given an estimated delivery date according to the selected shipping service. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is through. A second email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed.

Bikes are not eligible for shipping.

Estimated delivery time (including processing time)  

Local orders (Montréal, Québec, Ottawa): 1-3 business days

Regional orders (Québec, Ontario, Maritimes): 2-5 business days

National orders (Canada): 2-8 business days

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours during weekdays. Processing time may be longer if items are required to be transferred between stores to complete the order. Shipping services such as Fedex or Canada Post pick up orders on weekdays only.

Orders placed on week-ends will ship on the following Monday, which is the next business day. 

** Shipping services such as Fedex or Canada Post are usually closed on public holidays, which typically causes additional delays.

To cancel your order, please contact us ASAP by email at web@primeauvelo.com, phone (1-844-666-1225) or chat in order to submit your cancellation request. 

Please note that we ship most orders within a day. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

Canada shipping

We ship everywhere in Canada. Bikes cannot be shipped.

US & International shipping

We do not ship to the US, nor anywhere else outside Canada. 

Your order will be returned to us if : you refuse delivery, the carrier is not able to deliver your order, or your order is left unclaimed at the post office. Fees may apply for a new shipment.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the carrier. This tracking number will be activated once the order has been picked up, that is at the end of a business day. This can take up to 24h. For any questions concerning shipping, please contact us.

Don’t hesitate to contact us when a shipment is lost by a carrier, we will be able to open an investigation with the carrier if need be.

Bikes cannot be shipped. They have to be picked-up at one of our locations.
