Free shipping $74 and over

Regular shipping is free for orders over $74. When completing your transaction, you will be given an estimated delivery date according to the selected shipping service. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is through. A second email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed.

Bikes are not eligible for shipping.

Free shipping on orders of $74 and over. For orders under $74, a flat shipping fee of $14.99 applies. When completing your transaction, you will be given an estimated delivery date according to the selected shipping service.

US & International shipping

We do not ship to the US, nor anywhere else outside Canada. 

Your order will be returned to us if : you refuse delivery, the carrier is not able to deliver your order, or your order is left unclaimed at the post office. Fees may apply for a new shipment.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the carrier. Bike Shipping

Due to their oversized nature, a flat shipping fee is applicable to every bicycle purchase. This rate includes professional assembly, full tuning, and secure packaging.

Due to the Canada Post strike, all orders are currently shipped via FedEx. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes during this period. Primeau Vélo reserves the right to cancel any order if FedEx shipping charges are deemed excessive. Customers will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.
