60-day return policy

  • Brand new/Like new products can be returned within 60 days

  • For web orders, pack your product with a copy of the bill of sale for identification purposes.

  • No authorisation or return number is needed to send your order back.

Online orders can also be returned in person at any of our stores. 

Online purchases can be returned in any of our stores. However, all in store purchases are to be returned on location only, not by mail.

Returns are processed on weekdays and may take up to 5 business days. 

Return fees are not covered by Primeau Vélo. Online orders can also be returned in person at any of our stores, free of charge.

For a return to be accepted, the product has to be in brand new condition, with the original packaging intact and original labels included. Clothes must have never been worn and have no odours, hair/fur, linen, etc. 

For obvious hygienic reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that don’t meet these criteria, namely pertaining to cycling shorts, socks, underwear, jerseys and shoes. All these products must never have been worn nor washed. 

The original packaging of a product must not be used for shipping, as the original packaging is part of the product. For instance, do not use the shoe box itself as the shipping packaging. 

If you have doubts on the condition of a product before sending it back, do not hesitate to contact us with pictures.

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds. If you want to exchange the size or colour of a product, simply return the original product for a refund and purchase the new item on a separate order.

This makes for a faster, simpler and more efficient process.

Items purchased on sale can be returned, unless specified otherwise.

  • DVD, Blue-Ray and other discs for older Tacx trainers cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

If a product is defective upon arrival, has been damaged in transport or is incorrect, please contact us rapidly. An agent from our team will inform you of the steps to take to rectify the situation.

Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, cheque or credit. This applies for traditional, virtual and promotional gift cards.

Refunds of purchases made with gift cards (traditional, virtual, and promotional) will be refunded on a gift card only.

A gift card’s remaining balance cannot be replaced when the card is lost, stolen or used without permission. 

For refunds of purchases where a promotional gift card was offered, the value of the gift card will be subtracted to the amount of the refund including taxes. For example, the refund of a 500$ purchase will be 450$ if a 50$ gift card was offered with the purchase.
