Order online, pick it up in store!
Online orders can be picked up at any of our stores. All products are eligible. Simply select the location of pickup when checking out and all the products on your order will be transferred to that location. We will get in touch when the order is ready for pickup.
Important notice: Only the original cardholder can pick up the order. We will make no exceptions.
Transfers between stores may increase processing delays up to 48h. You will receive an email or phone call to let you know when your order will be ready for pickup.
For security reasons, Primeau Vélo requires the following identification documents:
A copy of the sales invoice
The credit card used for the transaction
2 identification documents
You will also be asked to sign a document attesting that you've picked up your order.
Important notice: You cannot send someone other than you to pick up your order. Nobody other than the card holder can pick up the order. We will make no exceptions.
Since we have limited space to store these orders, we’ll do our best to accommodate a hold period of up to 30 days. Of your order is not picked up after 30 days, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order through checkout, we can no longer modify it. You can contact us at email@example.com so we can cancel your order and you can place a new one.
If you wish to order a product which is not in stock on our website for an in-store pickup, please contact the store where you wish to pick up the merchandise directly.
