Roctane Electrolyte Capsules

The Roctane Electrolyte Capsules help replenish your electrolyte, vitamin D and vitamin B6 reserves, which diminish with sweat.

It is not all about hydration - it is about replacing the sodium you lose when you sweat, which cannot be done only by drinking water. Depending on the intensity and duration of the activity, the body will need a certain amount of electrolytes to keep going and to keep feeling good.

It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules per hour of intensive exercise, with a minimum of 475ml of water (not all at once, of course).
