The frame is made from Trek’s highest graded carbon, OCLV 800. It makes for light, stiff and smooth ride. KVF (Kammtail Virtual Foil) carbon tubing gives the frame every aero advantages of foil shapes without sacrificing control, stability or side-wind performances. H1.5 frame geometry lets cyclists adopt optimal performance oriented positioning. It puts racers in the sweet spot that they thrive for. More stem options, additional bar sizes and +/- 5 degrees of rotation offer one of the broadest spectrums of possible race fits for men and women.
Hydraulic disc brakes provide more braking power in wet and dry conditions. Superior modulation let cyclist precisely control braking from the tip of a finger. Flat Mount are more elegant, lighter, small and cleaner while providing superior performance.
Featuring all-new Top Tube IsoSpeed that is damped to rebound in a smooth and controlled motion providing maximum rider compliance. It is also adjustable to customize the compliance to ride preference and terrain.
Madone SLR 6 Disc comes with the all new, fully electronic and wireless Sram Rival Etap groupset. This groupset aims to bring flawless wireless shifting to a more cost-conscious audience, inspired by higher end components, without the hefty price tag.
Madone SLR 6 Disc comes equipped with Aeolus pro 51 carbon wheels. They are light, stiff and deep profiled for great aero performance and stability in lateral winds.
