The new frame geometry of this 29er Trance is optimized to balance the speed and control of its 29 inch wheels with quickness and agility in corners and over rocks and roots with the utmost confidence and control. The Trance shines on diverse and technical terrain, offering an aggressive position during descents but also offers great pedaling efficiency for a trail bike, thanks to its all new trail-tuned frame geometry.
It features an updated Maestro suspension with a trunnion mount shock with a longer stroke and smoother feel. The four strategically pivot points and linkages all work together to create a single flating pivot for a active, efficient and independent suspension system. With 115mm of full rear travel, and 130mm up front, it has the new Advanced Forged Composite upper rocker arm for increased stiffness and strength plus lower overall frame weight.
The Trance 29 1 build features a Shimano SLX M7100 12 speed mechanical groupset, with powerful BR-MT520 hydraulic disc brakes. Suspension comes in the form of a Fox 34 Performance, 130mm fork and Fox Float DPS Performance shock.
