Products sold by Primeau Velo are submitted to MAP price policies enacted by our suppliers and manufacturers. Therefore, we don’t offer price matching with some competitors, specifically those located outside Canada.
We do offer price matching in certain situations. Please contact us with your request. For in-store purchases, please contact the specific store you wish to visit with your request.
Price matching requests have to comply with the following rules:

The competitor has to be based in Canada, and has to be an authorized dealer for the brand and specific model.

The competitor has to be authorized to ship the brand and model to Canada.

Product has to be from the same brand, same colour, model, size, model year and must be available.
Primeau Velo reserves the right to accept or refuse a price matching request at its discretion.
If there is a price drop or sale on a product you recently purchased from Primeau Velo, Primeau Vélo will gladly offer the difference in compensation via a gift card. You must submit your request within 10 days of your original purchase. Please don’t hesitate to contact us via email or in store for this matter.
Sales prices are only applicable on products in stock at Primeau Velo. All items not in stock are sold at regular price. Unless otherwise stated, special orders are never eligible for promotions.
All prices quoted on the Primeau Velo web site are in Canadian dollars.
