Starting October 2021, Sport Olympe stores will become Primeau Vélo stores. Here are the answers to some questions you might be asking yourself in regards to the merger.
Will the Sport Olympe name be replaced by Primeau Vélo branding?
All three Sport Olympe stores, at L’Ancienne-Lorette, Beauport and Lévis, will be rebranded into Primeau Vélo locations
Will the current Sport Olympe employees stay with the company?
All Sport Olympe personnel both in retail stores and administration will remain in place. Customers from the Québec area will benefit from the same superior service they are used to.
What are the advantages of the Sport Olympe x Primeau Vélo merger?
The Québec area customers will benefit from a wider selection of products both in store and online as well as benefit from an efficient online platform.
Will the Québec area customers benefit from the Primeau Vélo online platform
Yes, these customers will also be able to return and exchange products in all 6 of our stores.
Will the Québec area customers benefit from the wide selection of Primeau Vélo brands?
All brands* currently available at Primeau will be available for our Québec customers.

Is my Sport Olympe Gift Card still valid with Primeau Vélo?
All gift cards purchased at Sport Olympe are valid with Primeau Vélo, both in store and online. It is also possible to check the balance of your Sport Olympe gift card on the Primeau Vélo website.
Will my deposit on a bike preorder with Sport Olympe be fulfilled?
All bike preorders made with Sport Olympe will be fulfilled by Primeau Vélo.

Primeau Vélo will serve its Québec customers starting october 4th, after having acquired the Sport Olympe franchise.
