What is a bike roller?

Bike rollers are a type of bike trainer that use 3 cylindrical parabolic rollers to create rolling momentum. Bike rollers are a great way to work on balance et pedaling technique, however they typically provide low resistance, with the exception of certain specific models. They are easy to transport due to their lightweight, fold-down design and can be setup anywhere without requiring the use of a trainer specific tire.
