45NRTH's Wolvhammer boot is an exceptionnal winter cycling boot that takes its inspiration from mountaineering boots. This new Wolvhammer retains all the functional elements from the original model while being more lightweight, more comfortable and grippier. The practical boa closure allows a secure fit, keeping the warmth in while keeping the bad weather out. The aerogel integrated in the foot bed not only blocks the cold from the pedal, but is also a waterproof insulator.

The real rubber outsole features greater grip with microglass rubber lugs, so you can walk without the fear of slipping. The full-grain leather and ballistic nylon shell provides a durable barrier while the waterproof membrane protects the feet from the elements. The outsole is compatible with both flat pedals and 2-bolt cleats as it comes with a removable cleat plate for flat pedal use. 45NRTH do recommend using their specific Helva and Heiruspecs pedals, and not aggressive downhill pedals with sharp metal pins.
