Trek's Remedy series is designed for the serious trail rider looking for a fun, do-it-all bike. It is both great at taking big jumps and hits, as well as climbing back up the trail to do it all over again. It has 160mm front and 150mm rear travel making it ideal for high speed technical descending, with a modernized geometry which helps with stability and control over difficult terrain. This updated version features a steeper seat tube angle, which helps with climbing ability especially when paired with Trek's Mino Link geometry adjustment technology.
The Remedy 8 build is a sweet spot in the series, offering great, reliable performance at a realistic price point. Made from Alpha Platinum aluminium, the frame is lightweight and durable and features several of Trek's proprietary technologies such as Mino Link, ABP and Knock Block steering limiter. It features the smooth Shimano Deore XT M8100 12 speed mechanical groupset which offers the best shifting in it's pricepoint, with bomb-proof Line Comp 30 wheels for peace of mind in the harshest terrain.
