How does it work? You can activate the turn signals through the included Lumos remote or sync up tou Apple watch for gesture-triggered indicators. As for the warning / brake lights, they are automatic, which means you can simply focus on the road, and let the smart helmet do the work. Everything is weatherproof so that rain or shine, if you are riding your bike, you can be sure the Lumos Street can go with you thanks to its fully-sealed electronics.

Both the front headlights and rear panels are shielded by high-quality polycarbonate, the same durable, shatterproof material used to make airplane windows and fighter jet cockpits. In the event of an impact, the rear panel and headlights will not shatter.

It offers up to 10 hours of run-time when in extended battery flashing mode. Out of battery? It has a convenient 2 hour charge time so you can be up and riding again in no time.
