Made from pure Canadian maple syrup from Québec, ginger and Himalayan pink salt, it provides natural minerals, nutrients, antioxydants and phytonutrients found in maple syrup. All of these help in fighting inflammation in the muscles and the natural carbohydrates provide an energy boost that keeps you going. Eat one gel 15 minutes before training, and one every 30 to 45 minutes during.
