As per requested by the government, our stores will be closed on Sundays until further notice.
Our workshops are now open.
It's now possible to get a service appointment. To schedule an appointment, simply call us.
We prioritize email inquiries.
Due to the high number of customers in our stores, we prioritize inquiries sent by email.
Please write to us at email@example.com with indiciations on which store you wish to contact, as well as all pertinent information regarding your requesté. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.
If you wish to make a purchase, you can do so online or in store.
If you wish to leave a deposit on a bicycle, you can do so in store directly, or by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and leaving your phone number and chosen model.
The current bike preparation time up to 5 business days.
The current preparation time for new bike purchases is up to 5 business days, whether the bike was purchased online or in store. We will contact you for pickup when it is ready.
If the bike is not available, we will contact you as quickly as possible.

To purchase a bike, visit us in store during our open hours or shop online for in-store pick up. Unfortunately, we do not deliver bikes. Please note that only the cardholder can pick up online orders in-store.
Paybright financing is now available in all our stores and online. Online financing is not available with in-store pick-ups. For more information, send us an email at email@example.com.

Returns and exchanges
Returns are now accepted in store. For more information on our return policy, click here.
To ensure the safety of our employees and customers, only basic fitting services will be provided to customers purchasing a bike.
