Assembly
Each bike is fully assembled and tuned by our certified technicians before shipping to ensure peak performance. For secure transport, we then perform a minimal disassembly. Just a few simple steps and you’ll be ready to ride!

Shipping Carrier
All our bikes are shipped via FedEx Ground. To ensure your order is received safely, a signature is required upon delivery. This gives you peace of mind until your new bike arrives.
Return Policy
Keep your box!
We strongly recommend keeping the original shipping box for 30 days after receiving your order. It is essential for any secure return by mail.
In-Store Returns (Free)
Bicycles can be returned free of charge at any of our store locations, provided they have never been used.
- Note: Each bicycle will be inspected by a manager, and refunds will be issued at their discretion based on the product’s condition.

Processing Time
All orders are carefully handled in our workshops from Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the preparation and adjustment of your bike before it is shipped.
