Free shipping within Canada on all orders over $99
At Primeau Vélo, we offer free shipping (Canada wide) with FedEx or Canada Post on all orders over $99 before taxes.
For orders under $99, shipping rate is $9.99.
Additional charges may be applied in cases where box dimension, weight, or remoteness of delivery address are exceptional. Please refer to our shipping cost calculator in the shopping cart.
Delivery and handling times
Our hard-working shipping elves process orders Monday through Friday and most orders are processed for fulfillment within 24 hours of receipt (excluding holidays).

Primeau Vélo will transfer all the needed items to the choosen store, and we will contact you by email or by phone as soon as the order is ready.
Expect a delay of 2 business days for this shipping option.
For security reasons, we require you to bring a copy of your receipt, the credit card used for the transaction and 2 pieces of identification (with pictures).
You will also be asked to sign a document attesting that you've picked up your order
60 day return policy
If, for a reason or another, you wish to return your product, Primeau Velo will reimburse you for up to 60 days following your purchase. The product has to be in brand new condition in order to be sold.
If your item does not meet these requirements, it will be shipped back to you, at your expense. If you choose to return your items at either of our stores, be sure to bring a valid purchase receipt.
The product must be in perfect condition
In order for Primeau Vélo to accept your returned merchandise, it has to be in mint condition, with the original packaging and tags. We must be able to sell it to someone else.
Bike apparel must be clean, odour free and without any pet hair.
For obvious hygiene reasons, we won’t reimburse bike shorts, bib shorts, socks and underwear unless they’re in absolute perfect condition. These items must still have their tags on, must never have been worn or washed and the packaging must be intact.
No exchange or reimbursement on DVDs, Blue-Rays, trainer software or software upgrades.
When we refuse reimbursement for an item, the item will then be shipped back to you. In this case, Primeau Vélo does not cover shipping fees. Don’t hesitate to call us if you’re wondering if an item can be returned. We’ll gladly answer all your questions
No exchanges, only reimbursements
Items are not exchanged, but rather reimbursed. When a client wants to exchange a products, he must return the original product for a refund and buy the new item they want as a separate order.
This makes for a more efficient process, since you don’t need to wait for the refund process to be complete before you buy the new item.
The customer is responsible for the return
If you choose to return an item, the incurred fees are not covered by Primeau Vélo. In the event of a returned item that cannot be sold anymore, the item will be shipped back to the customer.
The customer will cover the incurred fees.
Return in-store or via mail
It’s always possible to return your items without any fees by bringing them at either of our stores. If you choose to return them by mail, you are responsable of the fees incurred.
Returns are treated from Monday to Friday. The process can take up to 5 buisness days, except between December 1st and January 15th, where it can take up to 7 buisness days, due to the high order and return volume.
Returning sale items
You can return items that were bought on sale. However, special promotions might have specific return and reimbursement rules which apply prioritarily. Please refer to the promotion’s details for specific rules regarding returns and reimbursement.
Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, cheque or credit. This applies for traditional, virtual and promotional gift cards.
Refunds on products bought with gift cards (traditional, virtual, and promotional) will be refunded to a gift card only.
The value of gift cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or used without permission.
Refunds of purchases where a promotional gift card was offered
In this specific case, the value of the gift card will be subtracted to the amount of the refund including taxes.
Ex: Refund on a 500$ purchase will be 450$ if a 50$ gift card was offered with the purchase.
