COVID-19: Closing stores temporarily and web order processing

 

Dear customers and friends,

Following Prime Minister François Legault’s recent statement, our retail locations are now closed to the public. They will remain closed until April 13th unless stated otherwise.

During this time, our online store and shipping facilities remain fully operational. So long as shipping services are functional, we are committed to fulfilling online orders.

Authorities have determined online stores to be an essential service - as such, we keep offering the option to pick up orders in-store for all our customers. Therefore, it is possible to purchase bikes online and pick them up in-store.

Obviously, health measures demanded by authorities will be imposed, in order to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

New Protocol for in-store pick up

 

Primeau Vélo stores now offer safe and practical in-store pick up for online orders. Leave with the bike of your dreams, and essential accessories in a few simple steps :

 

Step 1
Shop online in the comfort and safety of your home, adding desired items to your cart.

Step 2
At checkout, simply choose the store closest to you and most practical for in-store pick up.

Step 3
An employee will contact you within minimal delay in order to plan your pick up.

Step 4
When picking up an order, an employee will join you outside the store to give your order.

Pick up times are as follows : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 10:00 - 17:00.

The in-store pickup, which will be done outdoors, will only be given to the customer who placed the order, who’s name is on the receipt.

No in-store shopping will be allowed.

Note that we also will not offer any fitting services during this time. It will be our pleasure to offer professional and knowledgeable fitting services once our stores are once again open to the public, starting April 14th.

Are your stores closed ?

Do you still ship orders ?
Yes. During this time, our online store and shipping facilities remain fully operational. So long as shipping services are functional, we are committed to fulfilling online orders.

What is the waiting time for online orders ?
Orders are processed daily and prepared as fast as possible. Canada Post ships Monday to Friday. Therefore, orders placed between Friday evening and Sunday, do not ship until the following Monday.

How does Canada Post proceed with delivery for online orders ?
Current Canada Post policy states that a delivery agent will leave a delivery notice at your home if you are not present, instructing you on when and where to pick up your order with a proof of identity and signature. If you are in a state of illness or in self-quarantine, please ask that someone else pick up these items for you.

What is your return policy ?
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Primeau Vélo is committed to refunding you in full within 60 days. In order for Primeau Vélo to accept the return of items, they must be in brand-new condition, with original packaging and product tags. You can return them by mail at 1495 boul. What about my order which I have not yet been able to pick up ?
We are now offering an in-store pick up service. If you have received notice stating your order is ready for pick up, you can stop by one of our three retail locations during pick up hours, one of our employees will deliver your order to you. The in-store pickup, which will be done outdoors, will only be given to the customer who placed the order, who’s name is on the receipt.
