Chest 

Run the tape under your armpits, around the widest part of your chest.

 

Waist 

Measure around the natural waist, which falls at the natural curve of the body - the indentation between the hips and the ribcage. The measuring tape should be close to the body but not snug.

 

Arm Length 

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder following your bent arm down to wrist bone. Bend your arm slightly.

Hips

Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground.

Inseam 

Take the measure from between your legs to the top of your foot for a correct reading of your inseam.
