1928 // Lucien Primeau opened his bicycle shop. In less than 20 years, Primeau Bicycles became a prosperous business with a solid reputation in Montreal.

1957 // Lucien Primeau's son, André, had a dream. To open a bike shop on the South Shore. The dream of Primeau Cycles came true, the shop expanded, and the family cycling tradition was perpetuated.

1974 // Pierre, another member of the Primeau family, opened a shop in Laval. A second branch completed the network in 1999. Primeau Bicycles, renamed Primeau Vélo, enjoyed an enviable reputation in the entire metropolitan region.

1988 // André renovated the shop in Brossard, and got a new partner, his own son Éric. Thanks to its ultramodern facilities, Primeau Vélo is now the industry standard in the cycling industry.
